Description
470uF electrolytic capacitor, is a type of radial capacitor that uses conductive ionic liquid as one of its plates. Typically with more capacity per unit volume than other types of capacitors, they are valuable in electrical circuits with high current and low frequency.
This is especially the case in current feeder filters, where they are used to store the load, and moderate the output voltage and current fluctuations at the rectified output. These micro farad capacitors are also widely used in circuits that must conduct direct current (DC) but not alternating current (AC)
