The SIM900 includes a SIM chip slot from any cellular telephone network operator, 2G, 3G and 4G compatible with an external power input connector, it incorporates a MAX232 circuit with the RS232 interface and the SMA antenna GSM.

It is used to connect your projects to a cell phone network to send and receive text messages (SMS), calls, Internet connection via GPRS.
