The SIM800L module is a GSM/GPRS Quad-Band device, it works on the frequencies GSM850MHz, EGSM900MHz, DCS1800MHz and PCS1900MHz. This cell phone module that allows you to add voice, text, data and SMS to your project in a small package, contains a surprising amount of technology in this small package. This version has a UFL connector. It uses the same SIM800L chip as the Adafruit FONA module, so the same libraries can be used.
