Description
A relay is an electromechanical device that allows us to switch a medium or high power power line through an electronic low power circuit. The main advantage and the reason why it is used enough in electronics is that the power line is completely isolated from the electronic part that controls the relay. That is, we can build an electronic circuit (a timer, a photocell, etc.)
