Distance infrared line follower sensor and TCRT5000 obstacle detector

MODULE TCRT5000 Infrared line follower sensor, widely used in black or white line follower robot. This module has a built-in voltage comparator and a trimmer to be able to adjust the sensitivity of the sensor.

The TCRT5000 is a reflective optical sensor consisting of an infrared light emitter also called a photodiode and a phototransistor. The phototransistor detects the light that is reflected when an object passes in front of the sensor.

The TCRT5000 has a light-blocking encapsulation, this sensor is also widely used in detection of presence or absence of objects, position detection, scanning of encoded discs, encoder, among others.
