Description
HX711 Analog to Digital 24-bit converter module, is widely used in the coupling between load cells and development cards such as Arduino, PIC microcontrollers, among others, allowing to read the weight obtained by the load cell in a simple way.
Internally, it is responsible for the reading of the WheatStone bridge formed by the load cell, converting the analog to digital reading with its internal 24-bit A/D converter. It communicates with the development card using 2 pins (clock and data) in a serial way. (I2C)
Compatible with load cells of 1 kg, 10 kg and 50 kg. To connect the load cell to the HX711 module, 4 cables are necessary, the colors usually used are red, black, white and green:
Red: Excitation Voltage +, E+, VCC
Black: Excitation Voltage -, E-, GND
White: Amplifier +, + signal, A+
Green: Amplifier -, Signal -, A-
