Description

The USBASP ISP programmer is a programmer for the ATMEL family microcontrollers, AVR 51, ATmega, Attiny, ATMEGA8 ATMEGA128 and many more. It works through the USB port, this is achieved through an Atmega 8 processor. This programmer is quite elegant and compact, really portable and easy to use.

Supports AVRDUDE from version 5.2.
Allows to read or write to the microcontroller: EEPROM, firmware, fuse bits and blocking bits.
Support for Linux, Mac OS X and Windows (works in Vista / Windows 7 / Windows 7 64 bits)
Maximum write speed of 5 kb/sec.
Sck software option for programming micros with low clock speeds (< 1.5MHz)
Power and transmission LED indicator.
Short protection.
10-pin ISP interface.
Supports 5V and 3.3V components.
