Flame, Flame or Fire Sensor SHT113

This flame sensor module allows us to detect the presence of fire, this thanks to the NPN phototransitor that is sensitive to infrared light (760-1100nm) and that in the presence of fire is polarized and allows the passage of current. The current passes through a resistor and generates a voltage drop, this voltage is delivered to the analog output and serves as the input of the opamp comparator that delivers a digital output. The level of sensitivity is adjustable by means of a potentiometer.

The flame sensor is used in fire detection systems, battle robots (warbots) and gas heating systems.
