Description
DIAC HT32 is a full-wave or bi-directional thyristor device. HT32 Bilateral Trip DIAC is activated from a lock state to a conduction state for any applied voltage polarity provided that the applied voltage amplitude exceeds the DIAC break voltage rating (32V).

Applications
