Description
BT137 Triac 600V - 8A TO-220, designed primarily for AC control applications, such as light regulators, motor controls, heating controls and power supplies; or in applications that require solid state devices controlled by full-wave silicon gate. Triac-type thyristors switch from a block to a conductive state for the polarity of the applied anode voltage with positive or negative gate activation.
