ULN2803 Fix 7 NPN Darlington Transistors

The ULN2803A is a high-voltage, high-current Darlington transistor matrix. The device consists of eight Darlington NPN pairs that have high voltage outputs with common cathode clamp diodes to switch inductive loads. The collector current rating of each Darlington pair is 500 mA. Darlington pairs can be connected in parallel for greater current capacity. Applications include relay drivers, hammer drivers, lamp drivers, display drivers (LED and gas discharge), aligned drivers, and logic buffers. The ULN2803A has a 2.7 kΩ series base resistance for each Darlington pair to operate directly with 5V TTL or CMOS devices
